Both women’s and men’s mittens are twofold and carded inside, which makes them very soft and warm. The mittens are made of the wool of Estonian sheeps. Wool is a soft and “breathing” material.
Although many types of the yarn are machine washable, I recommend to wash them by hand and to use special products made for washing the wool. The water temperature should not be over +30 C. Do not rub or sprain the item strongly, just squeeze in order to release some water. Drying should take place on the flat surface. Put the wet knitwear on the towel, placed on the floor and give it the right shape with your hands.
